Founder Stewart Crawford arrived in Toronto, ON, from Eaglesham, Scotland in 1954 with his wife and small child. Working in the meat industry in Canada until 1977, he then established the present day company Crawford Scottish Butchers. His son Robert is now the fourth generation Crawford butcher and has headed the company since 1985.

From Sliced Sausage to Haggis, Robert Crawford enjoys serving the British public quality meat products for the last 25 years.
